We are planning a latke bake-off\, so if you have any interesting latke variations that you want to share with the community\, you can bring them with you – there will be plenty of latkes to go around. I will personally be bringing the variation that has been in my family for generations – that comes from Spain. (They are called “Keftes De Prasa.”) Or\, maybe I will bring a sweet potato and sage variation.\n\nWe’ll have plenty of time to play dreidels and sing songs\, and our menorah lighting will take place at 6:30. We’ll recall the story of Chanukah and have a dreidel hunt.
