UU Plant-Based Eating Club Movie Nights

The Plant Based Eating Club is hosting a gathering to watch and discuss the moving Eating for Tomorrow at a member’s home.  The movie is a thought-provoking documentary addressing the environmental and health aspects of our food policy and dietary choices. Featuring Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet, Sir Richard Branson, and others, this film is an updated version of “Eating Our Way to Extinction,” which has won Best Documentary and Audience Choice at film festivals around the world. The film is 1 hour and 40 minutes long, and you can view the trailer here.

Logistics: 

• Discussions are virtual via Zoom on in-person at a designated location.
• Usually 7 to 9 pm
• Details to follow via e-mail to group list.
• Join our Club’s e-mail list at uu-plant-based-contact-us@googlegroups.com to sign up for an event.
• Format – Attendees watch movies on their own (individually or in small groups at Watch Parties hosted in members’ homes) and then meet (usually Zoom, sometimes in person) for facilitated discussion.
