Ferry Beach Fall Retreat

1. Bring bedding, towels and pillows!  While some dorms have heat in the rooms, others do not.  Bring a sleeping bag or warm blankets.
2. Housing is in rustic wooden buildings with bunk beds and shared bathrooms.  Some units have been renovated.
3. The drive takes approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.  Ferry Beach is available to us from 4pm Friday until 1pm Monday.
4. Humans only, NO pets allowed.
5. Ferry Beach will send you your room reservation information.
6. If fees are a problem, reach out to the FUUSN or TPC contact.  Confidential scholarships may be available.

1. You will need their name, email, phone, birthdate, and food allergies/preferences.
2. If Ferry Beach needs to call EMS, EMS will ask how old the person is, what their allergies are.

Like a hotel, you pay for the room (so it will cost you less per person the more people you put in the room); AND you pay by person for meals and conference fees.

Please only sign up for cottages and special rooms only if you have special requirements (mobility, etc.).  

The rooms FUUSN and TPC typically reserve are in the dorms, which are further down the list (and are less expensive).

• Friday room check-in is at 4pm.
• Saturday room check-in is at 4pm, but your lunch is available at noon. Leave your stuff in your car or put it in a friends room until check-in time.

10am to be out of your room and any other indoor areas, although you have access to the outside grounds until 1pm.

Yes, you can.  That and any other changes are done by email at registration@ferrybeach.org (preferred) or call at (207) 282-4489 ext 1.

If you favor a specific dorm room you can add that request in the NOTES section of your registration. Ferry Beach will do their best to provide people with their requests on a first come first serve basis, but there is no guarantee.

Please note that we have people in need at FUUSN and TPC and have a scholarship fund that both communities can donate to.  This donation is done directly from the Ferry Beach registration page.

There is a separate line item for donations for Ferry Beach.

1. 25% of your stay is required to reserve your room.
2. The full balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. You will be reminded 3 weeks prior to arrival date that your balance is due in one week.
3. Payment options:
   • Credit Cards
   • Checks made out to “Ferry Beach Retreat & Conference Center” or “FBRCC” may be mailed to 5 Boardwalk Drive., Saco, ME 04072. Please include a note with your check stating what the check is for, and who it is from, so we can easily keep a record of it.

Booking date – 15 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, you will receive your full payment received less a $75 processing fee.  0 – 14 days to your scheduled check-in date or if your payment received is less than $75 no refund will be processed; however payments received may be rolled over to a future reservation as a non-refundable credit.

FB has a chef that provides a regular portion, vegetarian portion and vegan portion at every meal along with GF options.  Your food allergies and restrictions will all be passed along to the chef who will accommodate to the best of their ability.
