Care and Support
We commit to supporting one another through life’s ups and downs. The blessing of being in a community of faith over time is that we have the opportunity to both offer and receive care at different points in our journey. In the process, we strengthen our bonds to one another and our faith in the abiding good will of humanity.
Care Crew
Our Care Crew are the folks who sign up to be of assistance as they can, based on requests by members or friends for support. This can be meals, rides, help with basic household tasks, and so on. If you would be willing to offer help, you can sign up here and indicate what kinds of help you are best able to offer. You only need to respond when and if you are available! Contact Sheila Ardery, sardery@gmail.com, 617-564-1769 to volunteer.
Request Care Crew
If you have a need for support from our care crew during a time of need, please contact Sheila Ardery, sardery@gmail.com, 617-564-1769 to let us know what kind of help you need. A member of the care crew will reach out to follow up.
Lay Ministers
If you need support from a caring, trained listener as you go through a challenging time, our lay ministers are here to help. You can call (617) 340-9299 to reach the lay minister on call.
