December 21: Christmas Pageant and Carol Sing: Devin Shmueli and Anne Watson Born (Sanctuary and Zoom)
Join us for our fun and joyous Christmas Pageant and Carol Sing as we explore the Christmas story with fresh eyes and beloved carols. Come early, between 9:45 and 10:00am, if you’d like to wear a costume for a non-speaking role and be part of the fun. Don’t forget to bring a stuffed animal for the manger! Devin and Anne have a wonderful morning planned for people of all ages.
December 21: Solstice Service 5:00 pm (Sanctuary) – NO ZOOM
Join us for our annual Solstice Celebration at 5pm. Wear warm clothes as we will conclude with our traditional outside ritual.

December 24: 7:00 PM Christmas Eve, Carols and Lessons (Sanctuary)
Under the direction of Anne Watson Born, the entire FUUSN sanctuary choir and special musicians will offer a traditional Christmas Eve service of music, gospel readings, and homilies by both of the Senior Co-Ministers.
December 24: 10:00 PM Christmas Eve, Contemplative Service (Sanctuary)
The 10pm Christmas Eve service is a calm, meditative service, featuring music and poetry. It is a time for us to let go of the frenzy of the holiday season – a time to draw a breath and experience beauty together.
December 28: Quaker Service (Sanctuary) – NO ZOOM
Nancy Mattei will lead our annual Quaker-style service – a chance for us all to sit in much-needed silence together. There will be no Religious Exploration classes or childcare – yet all ages are welcome to join in shared silence. Because of the nature of the service, there will be no Zoom option that morning.

Together, we will honor the lives of trans and gender-expansive people past and present, mourn those lost to anti-trans violence, and lift up a vision of a future grounded in justice and joy.
